About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations by providing hands‑on assistance throughout the hotel. This role combines table setting, kitchen support, and area upkeep to create a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and maintain clean work areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure timely service.
- Handle menu items, verify information visually, and support guest orders.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Navigate various surfaces safely while standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience preferred.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
