Scientific Engagement Partner

About the role

The Scientific Engagement Partner is a field‑based Medical Affairs position focused on breast cancer. You will act as a scientific catalyst, building strong relationships with therapeutic‑area experts and guiding the integration of innovative therapies into clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate roughly 80% of time to direct field engagements and develop regional account plans.
• Conduct scientific profiling, segmentation and mapping of key centers and experts to create long‑term partnerships.
• Provide peer‑to‑peer education to oncologists, clinical pharmacists and oncology nurses on administration protocols, patient‑management best practices and sub‑cutaneous formulations.
• Establish early scientific foundations for pipeline molecules by mapping referral networks and communicating complex clinical rationale.
• Serve as a compliant medical resource for non‑standard or early‑access channels, addressing urgent patient needs.
• Identify unmet medical needs, use compelling clinical evidence to create scientific urgency and accelerate therapy adoption.

Required profile

• Medical affairs or scientific background with deep expertise in oncology, preferably breast cancer.
• Proven experience in field‑based scientific engagement and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to develop and execute regional medical plans aligned with disease‑area strategy.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex clinical data to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to scientific independence and compliance with promotional regulations.
