Senior Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the day‑to‑day marketing activities and shape the mid‑ and long‑term strategy for our global consumer‑goods portfolio. You will own brand positioning, product development, and 360° marketing execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement short‑ and long‑term brand strategies to meet company objectives.
• Lead product launches and re‑launches using a cross‑functional approach.
• Manage ATL and BTL campaigns, media planning, buying, and budget control.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, central, global, and cluster teams on packaging, communication tools, and stage‑gate processes.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and analyse Nielsen/IMS data to inform decisions.
• Prepare training materials for sales teams and coordinate trade‑fair, conference, and press events.
• Oversee third‑party agencies (PR, digital, creative, media) to ensure timely delivery and performance.
• Control brand P&L, forecast demand, and evaluate the sales impact of marketing actions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 7+ years of experience in OTC, FMCG, or dermo‑cosmetics marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and market data analysis (Nielsen, IMS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
