About the role

PMI is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to strengthen its corporate reputation through data‑driven media and social listening. You will translate insights from social platforms and traditional media into actionable recommendations that support strategic communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels to capture public sentiment, emerging trends, and reputational risks.
• Analyze social listening data and produce actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to improve media analysis, reporting efficiency, and content generation.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports that combine social and traditional media insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure high‑quality listening and monitoring aligned with company standards.
• Continuously refine reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to measure media impact.
• Support crisis communication preparedness through real‑time monitoring and rapid escalation.
• Assist in designing measurement tools and surveys to evaluate corporate reputation.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to social impact programs and community initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, with strong exposure to social media monitoring and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
