Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to design and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies for our e‑commerce clients. You will work in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to boost online visibility, traffic, and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance‑marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct weekly campaign optimizations and track digital‑marketing budgets.
• Stay updated on online‑marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare executive summaries and performance dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate business planning and operational processes with the team lead.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in app‑marketing; experience with Amazon Search Ads or Amazon DSP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and influence executives.
• Based in Istanbul and proficient in English.
