Senior Tax Analyst – İzmir

About the role

Philip Morris International is seeking a proactive Senior Tax Analyst to join its İzmir team. You will work in a global, multicultural environment, providing expert tax advice and supporting business decisions across direct, indirect, transfer pricing, and tax accounting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and decision‑support on tax issues, ensuring consistent application of tax policies and controls.
• Improve tax reporting processes and compliance standards.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of tax administration, compliance reporting, and record‑keeping.
• Manage tax disputes and resolve complex cross‑border tax challenges.
• Drive process enhancements by evaluating broader tax matters and integrating inputs from multiple tax domains.

Required profile

• University degree in Tax, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of tax experience in a Big 4 audit firm or multinational company.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge considered an asset).
