SEO Manager

About the role

HubX is looking for an SEO Manager to lead organic growth across its portfolio of mobile apps used by millions worldwide. You will own the SEO strategy, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑impact SEO strategies to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing and Development to embed SEO best practices.
• Perform advanced technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
• Make front‑end updates (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) or guide developers with clear technical direction.
• Build and manage content strategies, keyword roadmaps, briefs and editorial workflows.
• Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth and user behavior (Hotjar, FullStory) to identify UX/content opportunities.
• Write detailed design briefs and communicate UX needs to designers.
• Lead A/B testing and growth experiments using hypothesis‑driven approaches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape mid‑to‑long‑term SEO strategy.
• Mentor internal and external SEO contributors as needed.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands‑on experience executing SEO strategies at scale.
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
