SEO Manager / SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager / SEO Lead to build strong organic acquisition channels for our cryptocurrency exchange and secure long‑term search visibility across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global SEO strategy, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives and design on‑page and off‑page optimisation plans.
• Create backlink and authority building strategies and collaborate with writers on SEO‑focused content.
• Optimise product, market, landing, Help Center and educational pages for search performance.
• Design and implement localized SEO tactics for target countries.
• Monitor Google Search Console, rankings, competitors and overall organic performance.
• Work with Product and CTO teams to resolve technical SEO issues and support digital PR/link acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in competitive‑industry SEO, preferably within cryptocurrency, finance or fintech.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and a track record of international SEO success.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to operate in an international business environment.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets and global crypto markets.
