SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Devotel seeks an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to boost the digital visibility of its technology brands across international markets. You will own both organic and paid channels, shaping strategy, execution, and optimisation while collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, and site architecture improvements.
• Design GEO strategies for AI‑powered platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) and set KPIs to measure impact.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns with audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing.
• Run paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, creating ad creatives with content and design teams.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic, user behaviour, and funnels; conduct A/B testing and CRO to improve landing pages.
• Track performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates) and produce regular dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams while staying aware of competitor and industry trends.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with technical and on‑page SEO, Google Ads, and paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with GEO strategies and AI‑driven search platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
