Service Technician

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in Adana and includes some remote‑work flexibility. The Service Technician is responsible for keeping industrial machinery and equipment operating efficiently through routine maintenance, repairs, and on‑site troubleshooting while delivering professional field service support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of industrial machines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and mechanical issues directly at customer sites.
• Provide timely field service assistance and respond to service‑related inquiries.
• Document service activities and report findings to internal teams.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their equipment needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Required profile

• Strong background in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and mechanical problems.
• Experience delivering field service and working on‑site.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is a plus.
