About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Social Media Manager to join our expanding Digital Communication Team. The role involves developing, implementing and overseeing the brand’s social media initiatives across all relevant digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically develop, implement, and oversee the brand’s social media initiatives across all relevant digital channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in emerging social media trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to create compelling, media‑rich content aligned with the communications strategy.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses of social media metrics and audience demographics to inform strategic decision‑making and content optimisation.
• Proactively manage crises, swiftly addressing negative news or commentary and issuing appropriate corrective responses.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within digital agencies.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest social media trends and leveraging them strategically.
• Extensive knowledge of digital analytics and digital marketing terminology.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within the social media team and across various departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
