Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Product)

About the role

Hilbert’s AI is looking for a product‑focused full‑stack engineer to own the Hilbert Portal – the interactive cockpit that lets Fortune‑10 operators run AI‑driven growth engines. You will design and implement both the front‑end experience and the back‑end services that make complex, non‑deterministic AI interactions feel fast and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the Hilbert AI Portal used by enterprise customers.
• Develop streaming, multi‑turn, human‑in‑the‑loop interfaces for AI agents.
• Create a fluid architecture that can swap authentication methods (SAML, OAuth) and databases (cloud or private infra).
• Implement state management and backend services for the Agentic Conversation Engine.
• Collaborate with design‑partner customers to turn sketches into production‑ready services within weeks.
• Build internal tooling and admin panels for AI/ML teams to monitor and debug models in real time.
