Talent Acquisition Associate – Gaming (Turkey)

About the role

Voodoo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to strengthen its gaming hiring pipeline in Turkey. You will work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team and act as Voodoo’s local ambassador in Istanbul, helping to attract top gaming talent for highly scalable mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and leverage your network across Turkey’s gaming ecosystem to uncover passive candidates.
• Identify and engage hard‑to‑reach profiles using creative sourcing methods beyond traditional job boards.
• Craft personalized, culturally resonant outreach messages that position Voodoo as an attractive career destination.
• Map the competitive landscape, flag emerging talent, and support employer‑brand initiatives on the ground.
• Provide structured feedback on sourcing progress, candidate sentiment, and local market dynamics to the global TA team.

Required profile

• Deep experience hiring for the gaming industry in Turkey, with solid knowledge of studios, talent pools, and market trends.
• Strong relationship‑building skills; your outreach is consistently answered.
• Creative, relentless sourcing instincts and willingness to explore unconventional channels.
• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English, able to engage locally and collaborate globally.
• Highly autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
