Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

About the role

As the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at Danone Türkiye, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes while shaping the company’s employer brand. You will work closely with business partners to build talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role design to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to attract and hire critical talent.
• Build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Leverage talent insights, market trends and digital tools to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Lead employer branding and early‑career initiatives to strengthen Danone’s attractiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across recruitment and employer branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of proven experience as a recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with various selection processes and assessments.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking and candidate management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Turkish.
