Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fiba Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources – Organizational Development, Talent and Performance Management Department. You will help shape the company’s talent strategy, support recruitment, and enhance employee experience in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current and future talent needs of business units.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in partnership with unit leaders.
• Analyze talent acquisition data, produce regular reports, and refine processes based on insights.
• Design, plan, and execute internship and young‑talent programs across the Group.
• Develop and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes with relevant teams.
• Create projects that strengthen the employer brand.
• Assess employee experience needs and design support programs.
• Participate in joint projects with Fiba Group companies and ensure coordination.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably with exposure to employee experience and employer branding.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and organization skills with high attention to detail.
• Learning agility, collaborative mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to conduct data‑driven analysis and reporting, and enthusiasm for new projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
