Training & Quality Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training & Quality Specialist to join our international team. In this role you will drive quality assurance, coaching and performance improvement initiatives across sales and customer‑service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate sales and customer interactions against defined quality standards.
• Analyse quality scores, call data, performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and conduct coaching sessions.
• Design, prepare and deliver training programs based on identified needs.
• Prepare quality and performance reports and deliver data‑driven insights to management.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc quality audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Sales, Operations and Management.

Required profile

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Training, Coaching, Performance Management or Call‑Center operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
