Web3 Community Manager

About the role

BaronNotary is seeking a Web3 Community Manager to shape and expand its global community across X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn and the broader Web3 ecosystem. Working directly with the founding team, you will drive engagement, foster relationships within the Solana and crypto space, and create an active, supportive environment for users and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow BaronNotary communities on X, Discord, Telegram and other relevant platforms.
• Produce daily content and maintain active communication with members.
• Design and execute community growth strategies and campaigns.
• Build relationships with Solana, DeFi, and broader blockchain communities.
• Identify and engage potential partners, ambassadors and ecosystem contributors.
• Coordinate announcements, AMAs, and community events.
• Support content distribution across social media channels.
• Answer community questions, relay product updates and gather feedback.
• Monitor sentiment, engagement metrics and protect the community from spam or scams.
• Represent BaronNotary professionally throughout the Web3 ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain and crypto ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working remotely.
• Passion for Solana and decentralized infrastructure.
