Customer Service Team Manager – Call Center

About the role

Foundever is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Mecidiyeköy call centre. You will drive team performance, coach agents, and ensure a high standard of customer experience while working on‑site Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Team Management and daily supervision
• Coaching, development and performance feedback
• Reporting on KPIs and team metrics
• Escalation handling and issue resolution
• Process improvement initiatives
• Collaboration with other departments
• Employee engagement and motivation activities

Required profile

• Fluent/advanced English (written and spoken)
• Native or fluent Turkish
• 2–3 years experience in a call‑center environment
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data and dashboards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work on‑site in Mecidiyeköy, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00 CET

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience with workforce management systems
