English Customer Service Representative (Hybrid, Istanbul)

About the role

Foundever is looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives who want to develop their careers in a professional, international office environment. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support in English via phone, email and chat while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries in English in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
• Comply with quality standards, procedures, and performance expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 level English (spoken and written).
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable with computer usage and basic MS Office tools.
