Finance Senior Manager - Contract Logistics

About the role

DP World is looking for an experienced Finance Senior Manager to join its Contract Logistics (CL) team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role covers the financial management and performance of CL operations in Turkey, working closely with local operational and commercial teams and reporting directly to the Finance Director, Contract Logistics Cluster West/South.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and control cycle, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Own the financial performance and P&L of Contract Logistics operations in Turkey, driving cost control, profitability and financial targets.
• Analyse monthly results, identify performance gaps and explain the key drivers to local, regional and global management.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to site leadership and operational and commercial teams, supporting business decisions.
• Analyse contract profitability, identify margin improvements and support commercial and pricing decisions, including customer negotiations and contract renewals.
• Challenge business assumptions, identify financial risks and drive business improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction and efficiency.
• Review, approve and monitor CAPEX, ensure compliance with local financial legislation and statutory requirements, and support IFRS reporting, internal controls, month-end closing and audits.
• Participate in regional and global Finance projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree or professional finance qualification (e.g. CMA) is an advantage.
• 6-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Business Controlling or Finance Management, in a multinational company with exposure to operational finance and business partnering.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control and P&L management.
• Good understanding of IFRS and local financial legislation.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle EPBCS, Navision, BPC or Qlik is an advantage.
