Senior Order to Cash Specialist

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Senior Order to Cash Specialist for its Center of Excellence, based at the Corporate Area Office in Istanbul. You will provide end-to-end support across the Senior OTC tower, with broad exposure to people and process management within Hilton's above-property model, supporting a growing portfolio of hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all debtors are billed accurately and on time, according to contracts and local law, with supporting documents attached to facilitate collection.
• Issue and dispatch all invoices within 7 days in line with local legal requirements and respond promptly to client inquiries about direct bill invoices.
• Post, allocate and reconcile all payments received, including regular reconciliation of client accounts, and handle commission invoices with accurate processing and reconciliation.
• Follow up daily with clients on outstanding balances and escalate major issues or risks to the Finance Manager.
• Monitor and control deposit balances weekly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Complete month-end closing, including ageing reviews, so reports reconcile with the General Ledger and the month-end checklist is complete.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including monthly internal control and SOX compliance activities.
• Undertake additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.
