Financial Accounting Specialist

About the role

ADN CoE® is expanding its international operations and seeks a detail‑oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage daily financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support cash‑flow planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily financial and accounting transactions, bank activity and account balances.
• Track participant payments, instalments, refunds and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and follow up on payments to hospitals, faculty and suppliers according to company approval procedures.
• Maintain invoices, proformas, payment receipts and other financial documents, ensuring proper archiving.
• Monitor foreign‑currency transactions and international payment processes.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare revenue, expense and profitability reports at programme and project level.
• Support cash‑flow planning, payment scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with the external accountant to prepare records for period‑end closing and tax processes.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in finance and accounting operations, preferably in healthcare, education or international services.
• Strong analytical, organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Attention to financial accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for international business correspondence.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP software.
• Knowledge of foreign‑currency transactions, receivables, payables and financial reporting.
