About the role
DFDS is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Ferry Division finance team. You will act as a sparring partner to the Divisional CFO and local management, covering routes, intermodal and agency activities in BU MED.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the Finance Business Partnering concept to support strategy formulation and execution.
- Prepare, develop and improve internal reporting, budgets and forecasts, and analyse key performance indicators.
- Challenge business units through analysis, identify process alignment needs and drive improvements.
- Participate in projects related to new initiatives and optimisation of existing processes.
- Control accounting information from the different business units.
- Contribute to the development of the OneStream reporting tool.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of accounts.
- 4‑5 years of experience in controlling or finance business partnering.
- Relevant experience from a larger international company.
- Degree in accounting or finance.
- Professional English language skills.

- Experience with the OneStream reporting tool.
- Financial controlling expertise.
