HR Operations Internship – Smart Start

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an HR Operations Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting daily personnel administration, payroll, and time‑attendance processes. This part‑time position is designed for students who want to develop practical HR skills within a global industrial leader.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily personnel administration, payroll, and time‑attendance operations.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel documentation in line with company policies.
• Collect, organize, and validate employee‑related data for payroll preparation.
• Follow up on attendance records, leave requests, overtime data, and other time‑management processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR operational processes and route requests to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and contribute to data‑quality initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and operational process improvements.
• Collaborate with various HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics or a related field.
• Available to work a minimum of 3‑4 days per week.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility when handling employee data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in data analysis and reporting.
