Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Bursa. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for employees and support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance and support.
• Partner with business units to implement HR strategies and deliver value‑added services.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and related reporting.
• Drive employee experience, engagement and internal communications.
• Prepare and deliver periodic HR activity reports.
• Manage daily on‑site employee communications and liaison with unions.
• Assist with collective bargaining agreement processes and related documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, trade unions, collective bargaining agreements and social security legislation.
• Excellent coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, empathetic team player with a willingness to take initiative and think outside the box.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging HR technologies.
• Resides in Bursa or is willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP HR or a strong willingness to learn the system.
