About the role

Join Adecco Group as a Recruitment Consultant and play a pivotal part in connecting talent with opportunity. You will work within a dynamic, people‑centric environment, supporting clients across Turkey by delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
• Maintain and update recruiting databases and job boards to keep talent pipelines current.
• Source candidates proactively through career portals, social networks, and talent pools.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
