Human Resources Smart Start – Part‑Time Student Role

About the role

Join Bosch's HR team in Bursa as a Smart Start participant. This part‑time position is designed for senior university students who want to gain hands‑on experience in human resources while continuing their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and support HR processes throughout the employee life‑cycle.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Assist the HR team with selection processes, training programmes, student initiatives and disciplinary procedures.

Required profile

• Senior degree student in Economics, Administrative Sciences or a related field.
• Available to work five days a week.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Motivated to build a career in HR.
• Analytical, flexible, creative and able to work well in a team.
• Comfortable communicating with all organisational levels.
