HR Specialist

About the role

ALS is looking for an HR Specialist to join its global team. You will be responsible for managing payroll, legal compliance, and employee records while supporting recruitment and orientation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Verify time‑sheet data, related documents and approvals.
• Execute payroll processes and ensure timely reporting to authorities such as the Ministry of Labor, SGK and İŞKUR.
• Handle Muhtasar and Prim Service Declaration (1003B) and meet all SGK and tax filing deadlines.
• Manage BES and private health‑insurance procedures.
• Prepare monthly payroll and accrual HR reports.
• Maintain personnel files and track employee transactions.
• Assist in recruitment processes or demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Plan recruitment and onboarding training sessions.
• Contribute actively to projects that support the company’s organizational structure and strategic goals.
• Produce required HR reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in recruitment and onboarding.
• Ability to work with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
