About the role
Join Voodoo’s Talent Acquisition team as a Gaming Talent Acquisition Intern focused on Turkey. You will support recruiting coordination for a fast‑growing mobile gaming business and gain hands‑on experience in global talent sourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Gaming TA team, focusing on Turkey and supporting Europe.
- Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or hiring managers.
- Conduct pre‑qualifications for specific gaming positions.
- Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow‑up in the ATS.
- Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy.
- Ensure top‑notch candidate experience with consistent communication and positive employer brand.
Required profile
- Available ASAP or from January for a 6‑month internship.
- First experience in recruitment/HR.
- Familiar with fast‑paced, ambitious environments.
- Great analytical and organisational skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English.
