About the role
Taurus Group Consulting seeks experienced Senior Human Resources Consultants to design and deliver AI‑powered assessment centers and experiential learning journeys. You will help organisations across Turkey and Turkic Republics build digitally ready leaders and foster a culture of innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and facilitate experiential training programs, workshops, simulations, role‑plays, assessments, and AI‑supported learning journeys.
- Create customized AI‑authored learning and assessment experiences and help clients measure skill development, performance readiness, and learning impact.
- Manage client relationships, contribute to business development, product innovation, and support cultural transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of relevant HR or HR consulting experience, with expertise in competency modelling, talent management, assessment or development.
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, experiential learning and the future of work.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
