Human Resources Manager (Holding)

About the role

The client is a holding company operating in Turkey and seeks a Human Resources Manager to report directly to the General Manager. This senior role will shape HR strategy and oversee all core HR functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and learning & development processes.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, including annual salary reviews.
• Ensure payroll, personnel administration, leave management and HR operations comply with Turkish legislation.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal practices.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports and analyses to senior management.
• Manage employee relations and drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant employment regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
