Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its two lens production sites in Istanbul and Ankara. The role combines strategic HR consulting with hands‑on operational support, focusing on blue‑collar workforce, union relations, and change management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify business needs and translate them into HR actions.
• Lead recruitment for high‑priority positions, from job description creation to candidate selection.
• Support the HR Director with budgeting, workforce planning, succession planning and restructuring.
• Manage blue‑collar employee issues, union negotiations and employment‑law matters.
• Develop and evaluate training programs, including the Leonardo digital platform and external providers.
• Adapt global HR projects to local requirements and drive HR initiatives across the sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in FMCG or manufacturing, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and people‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using SAP HR.
• Solid knowledge of Turkish labour law.
