Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Smart Solar Technologies, a solar panel manufacturer founded in Istanbul in 2014, is looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join its HR team at the Kavacik head office. The role covers end-to-end HR support for assigned departments, recruitment, organizational development and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for assigned departments and provide end-to-end HR support
• Manage domestic and international recruitment from need analysis through offer and onboarding
• Carry out job analysis and prepare and update job descriptions
• Prepare, review and improve HR policies, procedures, workflows and related documentation
• Support performance management, goal setting, KPI follow-up and reporting
• Take part in organizational development, employee engagement and talent management projects
• Support HR digitalization projects, including system implementation, usage follow-up and process improvement
• Monitor system data quality, process compliance and HR metrics, and suggest improvements
• Identify training and development needs and support annual training planning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
• At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering, recruitment, organizational development or talent management
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, energy, engineering, construction or project-based organizations
• Preferred: experience in domestic and international recruitment, and in implementing HR systems for recruitment, performance management or other HR processes
• No restriction for domestic and/or international travel; for male candidates, military service must be completed

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR procedures, policies, workflows and process documentation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Communication, stakeholder management, planning and follow-up skills
• Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
