International Remote Recruiter (Freelance BPO)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is seeking experienced freelance recruiters to join its international BPO recruitment team. You will work remotely, managing full‑cycle hiring for clients across Europe, Asia, Africa and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Publish vacancies on diverse international platforms.
• Source and headhunt candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Screen applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential talent.
• Follow up candidates through to client hiring.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sourcing qualified candidates using various methods.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting and BPO profile hiring.
• Ability to meet monthly recruitment budgets and attend weekly calls.
• Availability of 20‑30 hours per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resilient attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
