About the role
The Learning & Development Specialist will design, implement and evaluate training programs that align with company strategy and enhance employee competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze training and development needs, create the annual plan, monitor progress and prepare reports.
- Align training and development plans with company strategies.
- Manage and enhance LMS processes, ensuring regular content updates.
- Design, organize and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and implement new projects to strengthen employee competencies.
- Contribute to the integration of competency management and development processes.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Drive innovative development activities to improve employee experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Learning & Development and competency management.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, project management and innovative mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Advanced level of English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of LMS systems.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools.
