About the role
Join a forward‑thinking team that is reshaping financial services through cutting‑edge technology. As Lead Backend Developer you will design, build and maintain high‑performance backend systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and reliable software architectures.
- Write clean, efficient code, conduct code reviews and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and lead the team in delivering solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure stability of new and existing solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Hands‑on experience with containerisation and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure) is highly desirable.
Required skills
- .NET (Framework, Core), C#.
- Entity Framework / EF Core.
- RESTful, Microservices, Event‑Driven architectures.
- Unit testing.
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Azure.
