Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support Samsung’s global marketing initiatives. The role involves analyzing data from multiple channels, providing actionable insights, and helping shape data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate data from all marketing channels into unified dashboards using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Track channel performance against KPIs and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse web and app user journeys to pinpoint conversion drivers and drop‑off points.
• Develop and refine reports based on business and stakeholder needs.
• Provide actionable recommendations to relevant teams based on analytical findings.
• Define and maintain campaign taxonomy, naming conventions, and UTM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent data‑visualisation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with web and app analytics platforms.
• Understanding of marketing channels, performance metrics, and conversion funnels.
• Knowledge of campaign taxonomy and tracking standards.
• SQL proficiency (a plus).
