Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, support innovation programmes, and provide market insights that enable profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales growth, customer retention and profitability through strategic marketing planning and execution.
• Monitor segment performance, market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Develop deep market, customer and buyer‑journey insights to guide business decisions.
• Translate Voice of Customer and competitive insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Design and execute short‑ and long‑term segment growth programmes, including research, forecasting and demand generation.
• Create sub‑segment value propositions and targeted growth initiatives.
• Drive portfolio strategy, positioning and gross‑margin improvement programmes.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on innovation, product launches and go‑to‑market execution.
• Provide sales teams with marketing tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to accelerate strategic wins and support key‑account growth.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Champion the Ecolab brand and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Business‑to‑business (B2B) marketing experience preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving strategy and execution.
• Excellent analytical, planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
