People & Culture Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join Puratos in Istanbul as a People & Culture Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, support HR processes, and enhance employee experience in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Implement people & organization processes such as onboarding, employer branding, and internal communications.
• Maintain HR data integrity in SuccessFactors and ensure compliance with legal and group standards.
• Define, track and report HR KPIs through dashboards.
• Provide HR administration support, answer employee inquiries, and assist with performance and talent review cycles.
• Coordinate company training, maintain training records, and manage the employee referral program.
• Act as the occupational health and safety representative for HR‑related activities.
• Create and maintain job description databases, post openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare employment offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to design and roll out onboarding plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and employee experience.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment across various functions.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
