About the role
The Post Sales Engineer provides after‑sales technical support to ensure client requirements are met according to contract terms. This role involves handling complex technical projects and acting as a subject‑matter expert.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical solutions for post‑sale projects and processes.
- Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals.
- Influence policies, practices, and procedures related to after‑sales support.
- Serve as the in‑house expert on specific technologies within the function.
Required profile
- Four‑year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years in a post‑sales engineering role.
- Recognized subject‑matter expert with broad knowledge of the professional field.
- Ability to solve difficult, complex technical and business issues.
