Senior Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management (PAM)

About the role

Intertech is seeking a senior security engineer to lead the design, implementation and operation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role combines architecture, hands‑on engineering and technical leadership across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture, technical standards, integration patterns and product roadmap.
• Lead implementation and integration of IAM/IGA solutions with applications, directories, databases, cloud platforms and infrastructure.
• Define identity lifecycle, access request, approval, provisioning, de‑provisioning, role management and access certification processes.
• Design authentication and authorization models using SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC and Zero Trust principles.
• Conduct architectural assessments for new applications and recommend appropriate IAM integration methods.
• Provide technical leadership to IAM engineering and operations teams and ensure platform availability, performance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Software or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in IAM/IGA architecture and engineering.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure and highly available IAM solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills, with fluency in English for international collaboration.

Required skills

• IAM/IGA platforms: Centrify, Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Privilege Manager.
• Authentication protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
• Directory services: Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Access models: SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust.
• REST APIs, web services integration.
