Product Manager – E‑commerce Platform

About the role

Ticimax is seeking a Product Manager to own the product experience for thousands of merchants and millions of users across Turkey and Europe. You will drive product improvements, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product area end‑to‑end and build a roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Conduct market research, user testing, and A/B experiments to inform decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Define and track OKRs, stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento.
• Proficiency in analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and mockup creation.
