Tax Compliance & Accounting Specialist – Turkey

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance & Accounting Specialist to support our business operations in Turkey. The role will provide timely financial and tax advice, ensure local regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate monthly reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support for new business development and deliver local financial and tax advice.
• Lead local compliance implementation, support external audits, and liaise with tax and regulatory authorities.
• Track resolution and closure of annual audit and internal control issues.
• Prepare monthly local financial reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting and tax issues related to local business cases.
• Assist in the development of financial and accounting systems.
• Manage local contracts, invoices, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Accounting.
• Experience in retail, electronic FMCG, or CA & tax functions is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of local GAAP versus IFRS.
• Strong understanding of company operations and transfer pricing transactions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
