Technical Service Manager – Industry

About the role

Sika AG is seeking a Technical Service Manager for its Industry segment in Turkey. The role will act as the primary technical support partner for the Industry Target Market Sales team across the country, leading a dedicated technical service team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the Technical Service team to ensure high technical competence and customer support.
• Provide technical expertise on adhesives, sealants and related chemical solutions, recommending suitable products based on customer needs.
• Oversee product testing activities, ensuring compliance with Sika’s global quality standards.
• Act as liaison between sales, customers and corporate functions for technical coordination.
• Plan and deliver training programs on product application, technology and innovation for customers and internal teams.
• Conduct on‑site investigations, prepare technical reports on complaints, performance issues and field observations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
• Strong technical expertise and market knowledge of adhesives, sealants and related technologies.
• Proven experience in technical service, application engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and technical communication skills.
