Warehouse and Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Warehouse and Logistics Administrator will coordinate customs clearance, manage transportation and warehousing, and ensure accurate inventory control. This role supports assembly, service operations, and maintains compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers and logistics providers.
• Manage domestic and international transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Receive, inspect, store, and maintain products and materials according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and handle product returns, repairs, and warranty processes.
• Prepare logistics, inventory, and shipping documentation and act as main contact for suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Track logistics and warehouse KPIs, prepare reports, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Class B driving licence; forklift certificate and G‑class endorsement preferred.
