AI & Data Engineer (Python) – Marketing Data Lakehouse & Automation

About the role

Admirise is looking for an AI & Data Engineer to own and evolve its self‑hosted marketing data lakehouse and autonomous agent platform. You will take over an existing BigQuery warehouse, keep it reliable, and expand it with new schemas, dbt models, and AI‑driven connectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Python services, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Own the end‑to‑end data flow: API extraction → BigQuery loading → dbt modeling → delivery to dashboards and agents.
• Architect a multi‑tenant marts layer with strict per‑client isolation, IAM policies, and row‑level security.
• Develop and operate the self‑hosted autonomous agent infrastructure, including persistent memory, scheduled automations, and tool integrations.
• Contribute to the internal AI tool suite covering analytics dashboards, AI‑assisted content generation, lead generation, and cross‑channel marketing analysis.
• Collaborate with a data scientist/AI engineer on shared standards, code reviews, and joint ownership of shipped features.

Required profile

• Experienced Data/AI engineer comfortable with large‑scale data platforms.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the three focus areas (data platform, agentic AI, internal tools).
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn the third area.
• Commitment to building reliable, cost‑aware, and analysis‑ready pipelines.
