CEO Office Manager

About the role

HubX is seeking a CEO Office Manager to work closely with the Co‑Founders and leadership team, driving strategic priorities and ensuring execution across its independent studios.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Co‑Founders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Coordinate high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives from definition through execution.
• Develop business cases, strategic analyses, and executive‑level materials for decision‑making.
• Track company‑wide priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and resolve cross‑functional challenges.
• Own special projects, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving them to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years experience in Chief of Staff, CEO Office, Business Operations or similar roles, preferably in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Comfort working with data, business cases, financial analyses and performance metrics.
