Financial Controller

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Financial Controller to join its global finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate month‑end close, financial reporting and analysis in line with IFRS standards, supporting the company’s growth across 29 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing activities and prepare financial reports according to IFRS and group deadlines.
• Identify variances between actual and forecasted results and communicate key performance drivers.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations at month‑end.
• Assist in creating presentations, dashboards and strategic planning documents.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Work closely with external auditors and group reporting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses to support timely decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting tools.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial controlling, planning & analysis, preferably with Big 4 audit exposure.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, planning and forecasting abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English.
