Game Developer - New Grad

About the role

We are looking for a passionate new‑grad Game Developer to join our Istanbul studio. You will work on live PvP titles, helping to create responsive gameplay and competitive experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of game development, from prototyping to production.
• Write clean, reusable and performance‑optimized C# code for Unity.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and QA to deliver high‑quality multiplayer features.
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Continuously improve code quality and development processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for gaming and a desire to turn that passion into a career.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, on‑site team.
• Good analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience with Unity game engine.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming principles.
