Game Mathematician/Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Game Math Developer who combines strong mathematical expertise with solid software engineering skills to create engaging slot‑game mechanics. You will own the full math development lifecycle, from concept and simulation to production‑ready code, working closely with product owners and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and fine‑tune game math and mechanics in collaboration with Product Owners/Producers.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for game modules, cheats, and underlying models.
• Participate in the entire game creation process, from initial concept through release.
• Run simulations to verify performance against portfolio standards.
• Provide competitive analysis of game math and stay updated on industry trends.
• Rapidly prototype new mechanics to validate concepts.
• Collaborate daily with QA, Front‑End, and backend teams, delivering clear math specifications.
• Act as a constructive sparring partner to continuously improve product quality.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a game mathematician or similar role in online gambling.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and experience troubleshooting mathematical models.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex math concepts to non‑technical teammates.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English (B2+).
